CP0001 A hallmarked sterling silver late Victorian coffee pot of tapered conical form with ebonised handle. It stands 20cms high to the top of the finial, the base is 10cms in diameter and it weighs 407gms gross (13 troy ounces). The hallmarks are lion passant, crown (Sheffield assay office), date letter g (lower case g in Old English font) (1899) with maker’s mark of RM over EH in a rhomboid cartouche which is Richard Martin and Ebenezer Hall. |
