| Description |
A fabulous Derby lidded sauce tureen, decorated with four superb, hand painted named views by Robert Brewer. The base with landscapes of "In Cumberland" and "Near Newark, Nottinghamshire" and the lid with views of "Near Heage" and "Near Twyford." Exquisite arabesque gilding. Stands on four gilt lion's paw feet and each handle with mask terminals.
Base excellent condition. Lid has been broken and reglued, but the damage only visible on close inspection.
