| Description |
4 panel signed Japanese screen. It has heavy gold paper with fabric bordered. Edges are trimmed in brass colored metal. Rich colors of pine leaves. It seems this screen was painted and presented by the artist to his grandparents as an expression of his gratitude. The screen is signed and stamped by the artist, Jia Huang, meaning number one and hope. Further pines signifies longevity, steadfast in adversity and in one's principles. Size 8 3/4" (H)x16" (W). Good condition.
