JAPANESE CLOISONNE PALE YELLOW ORCHID VASE
This very attractive, 8.5 inch (22cm), Japanese cloisonne vase is from the Taisho (1912 – 1926) period or early part of the Showa period (1926 – 1989).
On a pale yellow ground gold (or gilded) and silver cloisons (wires) have been used to depict colourful orchids.
Although unsigned I believe it would be from the famous Ando Jubei workshop.
